BT-03 Laboratory Anti-Vibration Table

The BT-03 Laboratory Anti-Vibration Table is designed for laboratories that need a dedicated, vibration-isolated platform for precision instruments. Its distinctive construction combines a phenolic resin work surface with an inset marble or granite block, creating a localized stone platform for instrument placement.

The work surface provides a practical surrounding area for routine laboratory tasks, while the inset stone block serves as the designated support area for suitable precision instruments. Anti-vibration feet and rubber shock-absorbing adjustment pads help reduce vibration transmission from the floor.

Supported by a rigid, powder-coated steel cabinet structure, the BT-03 is suitable for laboratory instrument areas where separating the instrument platform from the surrounding work surface is beneficial.

Key Features

1. Inset Stone Instrument Platform

The tabletop combines a phenolic resin surface with a 400 × 300 × 60 mm marble or granite block, as specified in the catalog. This arrangement creates a dedicated stone support area for suitable precision instruments.

2. Phenolic Resin Work Surface

The 12.7 mm phenolic resin tabletop provides a surrounding working area for compatible laboratory activities. It offers a practical surface for organizing instruments and related accessories.

3. Vibration-Isolation Design

The table includes anti-vibration feet and 85° shock-absorbing rubber adjustment pads. These components are designed to help reduce vibration transmission from the supporting floor.

4. Powder-Coated Steel Cabinet

The supporting structure is manufactured from 1.0 mm full-thickness cold-rolled steel sheet. The surface is pretreated, including phosphating, then finished with epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and cured at 220°C.

5. Flexible Size Selection

Three overall sizes are available: 900 × 600 × 850 mm, 1200 × 600 × 850 mm, and 1500 × 600 × 850 mm.

6. Configurable Power Socket

A power socket can be configured for the destination market's electrical requirements, subject to the selected product configuration.
