Steel Glass Rhombus Reagent Rack
The Steel-Glass Rhombus Reagent Rack is designed to provide convenient, organized and space-efficient storage above laboratory workbenches.
Combining a durable cold-rolled steel frame with double-layer tempered glass shelves, it provides practical storage space for reagent bottles, laboratory glassware, test tubes and other frequently used laboratory items.
Its adjustable structure and clean appearance make it suitable for modern chemistry laboratories, research laboratories, pharmaceutical laboratories, quality control laboratories and educational laboratories.

Product Description
Using steel-glass double-layer structure.
(1) Uprights and tray: The uprights is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a full thickness of 1.0mm, and there is an adjustment hole every 30mm, the uprights thickness of up to 1.15~1.2mm. The tray is made of 1.5mm full-thickness cold-rolled steel sheet. The surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant finish.
(2) Shelves: Equipped with two layers of 10mm thick tempered glass with rounded edges for smoothness and safety. The glass edges are fitted with an aluminum alloy or stainless steel guardrail to prevent reagent bottles from falling.
Adjustable Shelf Height
The uprights feature adjustment holes at approximately 30 mm intervals.
This allows users to adjust the shelf height according to the size of stored laboratory items.

The rack uses 10 mm thick tempered glass shelves, combining durability with a professional laboratory appearance.

Safety Guardrail Design
The edges of the glass shelves can be fitted with aluminum alloy or stainless steel guardrails.
The guardrail helps prevent reagent bottles, laboratory glassware and small containers from accidentally sliding or falling from the shelf.
This is particularly useful in laboratories where frequently used items need to remain easily accessible.
Optional Integrated Power Sockets
The reagent rack can also be designed with integrated electrical socket modules on the uprights.
This allows laboratory equipment to be connected conveniently from the workbench area and helps reduce loose cables across the work surface.
Socket types can be customized according to the destination country and project requirements.
